The NBA will be entering its final weekend of regular season play with 20 teams qualifying for the post season.
The top six in each conference is guaranteed a spot while teams finishing from 7th to 10th in the Eastern and Western Conference will play in the NBA’s Play-In Tournament.
Going into the last round of games eight teams have qualified through finishing in the top six bracket so there is still plenty to play for, while all important seedings will be on the line.
Earlier in the week the Eastern Conference New York Knicks joined the West’s Mavericks in the playoffs.
The Boston Celtics are the number one seeds for the East with Milwaukee Bucks at two. The Cavaliers are also set to finish in the top six with the 76ers, Pacers and Magic fighting for the final two guaranteed seeded spots.
In the West, the Denver Nuggets are at the number one seed position after seeing off the challenge of the Timberwolves, who in turn will defend their position against the Oklahoma Thunder.
The clinch first the Nuggets will have to win their remaining games against the Grizzlies and Spurs.
The Pelicans and Suns are neck and neck for the sixth position in the Western Conference.
