He said bluntly, “You shouldn’t ask me; I’ve got no chance.” The interviewer then turned to former US Open champion Matt Fitzpatrick for a more optimistic perspective.

Perhaps dismissing his chances is a strategy to stay calm and focused ahead of the Masters, avoiding any outbursts that could jeopardize his participation at Augusta National.
