Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady sparked rumors that he may be ready to return to the game in a recent interview. Speaking on DeepCut With VicBlends, the superstar acknowledged that a comeback was not completely out of the question.
Asked if a return to the league was possible, Brady stated “you never know.” The 46-year-old compared his situation to Michael Jordan, who returned to the NBA after retiring. “I don’t know if they’d let me, but I wouldn’t be opposed to it,” added Brady.
The recent comments has many people speculating about the talented quarterback rejoining the league. A recent piece from Pro Football Talk confirmed that some sites are taking wagers on a Brady return, and which team he could land with. Covers.com had Brady as +1000 to return and had the Las Vegas Raiders as the favorites to sign him (+125), if he does return.

During the interview, Brady went on to name the Raiders and the New England Patriots as potential teams he could return to. The Patriots odds were at +300, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at +500 and the San Francisco 49ers at +900. There are also odds available for the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets.
Brady has maintained his body after retiring and joked that “I’m always going to be in good shape, always going to be able to throw the ball.” With the amount of quarterback injuries over the last few seasons, it may not be so surprising that a team could pick up the phone for the three-time NFL MVP.
