The Phoenix Suns continue to build for the future with Grayson Allen the latest player to agree to a long-term deal with the organization. On Monday, the Suns locked up the Florida native to a four-year, $70 million extension with the shape shooting guard.
Allen was set to become a free agent at the end of the year but after a season where the former Duke sensation finishing with the best three-point shooting percentage in the league (46.1%), it seemed like a no-brainer for the Suns to secure him on a long-term contract.

Allen has bounced around the league having stints with the Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzlies and Milwaukee Bucks before settling in Phoenix. The 28-year-old has been phenomenal this season recording 13.5 points, three assists and 3.9 rebounds per game over just 33.5 minutes per game.
A lot was expected from the Suns this season but their superstars had problems coming through. Allen has been a key figure in leading the tea to the playoffs and will look to make his mark against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the playoffs.
