The four-time NBA champion of the Golden State Warriors, Draymond Green, has also shared his take on the Clippers vs Mavericks matchup. According to SI, he mentioned, “The X-factor in that series is going to be Russell Westbrook,” Green said. “Because Russell is gonna have to guard Kyrie Irving… Russell Westbrook is the X-factor in that series. Russell Westbrook is the X-factor for that team. No surprise they’ve struggled as much as they’ve struggled over the last month and a half, because Russell missed most of that time. Russ on Kyrie, Kawhi is gonna have to go guard Luka… I also think at some point in this series, Ty Lue is gonna have to scrap Russell Westbrook off the bench and move Russell Westbrook into that starting lineup in order to win this series. That’s just my take.”

During one of the episodes of his podcast, “The Draymond Green Show”, the superstar of the Warriors also shared how the Clippers have struggled this season and how nine-time NBA All-Star Russell Westbrook is going to be one of their main players going forward in the playoffs.
Westbrook is currently averaging 11.1 points, 5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists during the season and is one of the veteran defense players who can aid the Clippers against the Mavericks defense, initially considering veteran Kyrie Irving.
