For the NBA, deals with ESPN, NBC, TNT, Amazon Prime Video and Apple is still in play with other companies still in the mix as well.
The NBA Playoffs will obviously be the premier package on offer with the In-season Tournament most likely follow. The All-Star Game has dropped off in popularity over the last few seasons due to the lack of competitiveness on display.
With the rise in streaming sites that are interested in sports content, the league has plenty of options in how they want to offer their product over the next few years. With the game going more global as well, the demand is higher than even for quality basketball product.
