The Wakefield family is mourning the loss of Stacy Wakefield, just five months after her husband, former Boston Red Sox pitcher Tim Wakefield, passed away. Stacy, survived by her two children, Brianna and Trevor, died at her Massachusetts home on Feb. 28.
