The Lakers were able to take the lead in the first two quarters; however, in the last two, the Nuggets came back rejuvenated and grasped the lead, eventually making them the victors.
Serbian sensation Nikola Jokic ended his game with a team-high 27 points, including 20 rebounds and 10 assists. Jamal Murray registered 20 points, 3 rebounds, and five assists. Michael Porter Jr. added 22 points, including nine rebounds and one assist.
