After their 101-99 win against the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, the Denver Nuggets are 10-0 in their last ten games versus their rivals and there is definitely some sort of psychological edge in place. The Lakers have attempted several different approaches to counter Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets potent offense but have found little success. In may ways, the Nuggets are the one team that always seems to get the best of them.
After years of suffering defeats at the hands of the Lakers, Nuggets fans finalls have a chance to chirp back. The phrase they chose was: “Who’s your daddy.”
After Monday’s wins, fans were once again chanting “who’s your daddy” after their comeback win. Per popular sports media site Awful Announcing, a group of local fans even jumped into the broadcasting booth to make their feeling heard.

In many ways, the Lakers need to now accept that the Nuggets are their kryptonite. The team has lost 10 games in a row versus Denver and is 0-6 in the plaoyoffs over the last two season.
The Lakers return to Los Angeles on Thursday and will need to pull off an upset against the defending champions if they hope to have any chance of a series comeback.
