Maye has expressed interest in playing for the Giants, particularly because of Daboll’s reputation for developing quarterbacks. But snagging Maye won’t be easy for the Giants. He’s projected to be picked third overall by the New England Patriots, leaving the Giants waiting until the sixth pick.
Although the Patriots have hinted at the possibility of trading down, they haven’t been impressed with the offers they’ve received so far. This means the Giants might have to make a significant offer to secure Maye.
