2024 NFL Draft Grades: CBS expert grades top 10 picks

In the 2024 NFL Draft, The Chicago Bears with the No. 1 overall pick added their new franchise quarterback, per the update, has selected former USC signal-caller Caleb Williams.

Williams was recorded as the first FBS quarterback since Patrick Mahomes to reach 30 touchdowns and rush for 10 scores in back-to-back seasons.

He also won the Heisman trophy in 2022 after throwing for 4,537 yards, 42 touchdowns, and five interceptions with 10 scores on the ground.

Pete Prisco of CBS made a draft grades, for every pick made on Thursday in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

Per Prisco’s Draft grades, Bears newly added Williams, QB, USC was Grades A-, he holds some concerns as Prisco claimed he would have taken Jayden Daniels, but time will tell.

In the list, Commander’s pick QB, Jayden Daniels from LSU, was graded A, and he believed the team has a new owner, coach, and now quarterback which will help them grow together.

Patriots picked QB Drake Maye from North Carolina and were Graded B, Ohio State WR Marvin Harrison Jr picked by the Cardinals was graded, B+, Chargers picked OTJoe Alt from Notre Dame and was graded B.

The remaining five on the list were graded on a scale of B to C except for Malik Nabers, WR from LSU by Giants, with the grade A+.

OT JC Latham picked by Titans from Alabama was Graded B+, Michael Penix Jr, QB, picked by Falcons was graded B-, Bears picked Rome Odunze, WR, of Washington was Graded B+, and lastly, QB J.J. McCarthy picked by Vikings was graded the least with C+.
