In a recent interview with DJ Vlad, Arenas, often referred to as “Agent Zero," candidly shared his perspective on the tumultuous events. He admitted to feeling remorseful for investing such a substantial sum in the ring, valued at approximately $395,000. Determined to retrieve his asset, Arenas devised a plan that some might view as cunning.
Arenas confessed that he orchestrated a reconciliation with Govan, intending to substitute the authentic ring with a replica valued at a mere fraction of the original"s worth. The fabricated ring, priced at $10,000, served as a decoy, allowing Arenas to execute the switch discreetly whenever the opportunity arose.
Reflecting on his strategy, Arenas explained, “When we broke up, I"m like, ‘That was a f**g waste of money. I want my ring back." So, I was like, ‘How do I get my ring back? F it, I just got to get her back.'"
The former Golden State Warriors star"s relationship with Govan spans back to 2002, resulting in the birth of four children. However, the pair went their separate ways in 2014, marking the end of their romantic involvement.
