Stephen A Smith is about as unbiased as a snake is pleasant to cuddle with and his delight at the Knicks win over 76ers was hilarious.
He is well known for being loud, but histrionics as New York Knicks take a 3-1 lead in their playoff series to Philadelphia.
The Knicks won a low scoring thriller 97-92 and Smith told viewers, “I love everybody".
76ers star Joel Embiid was less loving saying after fans stormed the court.
“Disappointing," Embiid said, when asked about the Knicks" fan support Sunday. “I love our fans. Think it"s unfortunate, and I"m not calling them out, but it is disappointing. Obviously, you got a lot of Knicks fans, and they"re down the road.
“[But] I"ve never seen it, and I"ve been here for 10 years. Yeah, it kind of pisses me off, especially because Philly is considered a sports town. They"ve always shown up, and I don"t think that should happen. Yeah, it"s not OK."
Sorry Joel, but hey Stephen A Smith still loves you.
