In a sad day for CBS WFAN listeners Boomer Esiason announced he would be leaving the show.
The broadcast legend has been with WFAN for 22 years.
“More their decision than maybe mine,” Esiason said, pointing to the Super Bowl in Las Vegas as his “swan song.”
The former Bengals starring quarterback was drafted 38th overall and enjoyed a remarkable career winning the NFL MVP in 1988 and the NFL Man of the Year in 1995.
