Crisis in Porter Family: Jevon Porter’s DWI arrest after Coban imprisoned for drunk driving fatality and Jontay banned for NBA gambling

Jevon Porter, the brother of Denver Nuggets star Michael Porter Jr., was arrested on suspicion of DWI in Missouri. He was pulled over for speeding and subsequently arrested for DWI.

The incident is still under investigation and further information has not been released.

Jevon Porter recently transferred to Loyola Marymount University after playing at Pepperdine. The university is currently gathering more details about the situation.

This arrest comes shortly after another brother, Coban Porter, was sentenced to six years in prison for a fatal DUI accident in Colorado.

Coban had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit when he ran a red light and crashed into another car, causing a fatality.

In addition, Jontay Porter, another sibling, was banned from the NBA for life for violating league rules related to gambling.

Despite the various incidents involving his siblings, Michael Porter Jr. remains focused on the NBA playoffs. He recently helped the Nuggets eliminate the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round.

Jevon Porter, a former standout at Pepperdine, was released on a summons after his DWI arrest. Loyola Marymount University is currently investigating the situation.
