Jets rookie wide receiver Malachi Corley shared on Friday, that four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers offered his guest house to stay, per Brian Costello of the New York Post.

The New York Jets signed WR Corley with the No. 65 overall pick during the 2024 NFL draft after four seasons at Western Kentucky.

Post-signing, Corley"s living arrangement has been in talks since draft night, he mentioned earlier that he spoke with Rodgers about staying in his guest house once training camp begins.

He said,

"Hopefully me and him get real close, and I get to pick his brain and see all of the things that he"s done to have sustained success in this league, I"m ready for it."

Corley, the third-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft out of Western Kentucky, seems to have built a friendship through texting with Rodgers, 40. He also had shared earlier,

"I only talked to him [Rodgers] on draft night. I"ve texted him the last couple nights. I"m just like a little kid. He"s the adult. He"s the MVP, Hall of Famer and all those types of things. I"m just like a little kid talking to him all the time, texting him and trying to see what he"s done to remain consistent in the league. The things he"s done to work on his mental health, how he"s kept his body alive so long. I"ve had conversations with him."

Corley had spent all four years of his collegiate career with the Hilltoppers and excelled in 2022 and 2023 specifically. Also was named first-team All-Conference USA in both seasons, totaling 180 receptions for 2,279 yards and 22 touchdowns in 26 combined appearances.
