Drake and Kendrick Lamar have been battling out in a series of escalating diss tracks and in the midst of an intense and seemingly never-ending rap battle.
Drake released “Family Matters” on Friday, May 3, followed by Lamar putting out “Meet the Grahams” at midnight, and Lamar doubled down with “Not Like Us” on Saturday night.

On Lamar’s latest release “Not Like Us,” he referred to wrestler Shawn Michaels’ finishing move, rapping, “Sweet Chin Music, and I won’t pass the aux.” Referencing to kicking Drake in the figurative face with his barrage of diss tracks.
After the shoutout on Lamar’s diss tracks aimed at Drake, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels offered the two of them a chance to settle things in the squared circle.
A little Sweet Chin Music goes a long way.@kendricklamar, you and @Drake are formally invited to #WWENXT to settle this thing. I’m even offering my services to mediate. https://t.co/tN02NLq36X

Michaels on social media invited Drake and Kendrick to this week’s episode of WWE NXT, and he even offered to play the mediator in their ongoing squabble. He wrote,
“A little Sweet Chin Music goes a long way. kendricklamar, you and Drake are formally invited to WWENXT to settle this thing. I’m even offering my services to mediate.”
The beef between the two has brought the world together and held social media in a chokehold over the weekend with who won, with both men dug into each other with their singles.
However, it remains unlikely that Drake and Kendrick would take the vice president of talent development creative for WWE NXT, Michael’s offer.
Lamar line also streamlines the Montreal Screw Job, a famous feud between Michaels and Bret Hart, who was born in Canada. Hart lost the title to the Heartbreak Kid at Survivor Series 1997 in a controversial fashion.
