So much was expected from quarterback Aaron Rodgers after a blockbuster trade between the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets. Fans in the New York were giddy with excitement after signing the former Super Bowl champion and believed he could be the man to transform the franchise’s fortunes.
Rodgers did not have the ideal start to life in the Big Apple. The four-time MVP lasted just four plays before suffering a season-ending achilles injury in the opening game versus the Buffalo Bills. Without their star quarterback, the Jets struggled to keep up with their AFC competitors and eventually finished with a 7-10 record to miss out on the playoffs.
This season, the expectations are greater than ever among the fanbase. The Jets recently released a video of Rodgers in action and it looks like the 40-year-old is fit and ready to go for the upcoming season.

Rodgers can be seen taking a snap, going into a three-step drop, and throwing a pinpoint spiral to tight end Tyler Conklin.
Aaron Rodgers has had his share of off-field issues over the years but no one can doubt his on-field talent. When, healthy he remains one of the league’s elite quarterbacks. Over an illustrious 19-year career, he has racked up an incredible 59055 passing yards and 475 touchdowns.
If Rodgers can stay healthy and replicate the form he had in his final years with the Green Bay Packers, Jets fans have a lot to be excited about in 2024.
