The rookies at the Detroit Lions will take their place at a mini camp this weekend but will have to wait a while longer to meet head coach Dan Campbell.
The Detroit Free Press reported earlier this morning that Campbell would not be attending due to personal reasons.
The HC is expected to be back with the team later in May.
The Lions will soon resume the second phase of their off-season program, starting with organized team activities followed by a mandatory minicamp early in June.
The Lins have also revealed the rookie jersey numbers today with Terrion Arnold being assigned 0, Ennis Rakestraw Jr no. 15, Giovanni Manu 59, Sione Vaki 33, Mekhi Wingo no. 94 and Christian Mahogany no. 73.
