Nike has announced that A’ja Wilson will be the latest WNBA player to receive her own signature shoe. The Las Vegas Aces star has been one of the faces of the league since making her debut in 2018 and it seemed like only a matter of time before she was reward her with her own shoe
The deal was announced by Nike on their website and Wilson also shared a post on her X media account wearing an “Of course I have a shoe dot com” sweatshirt.

You thought. Of course, A’ja’s got a shoe,”read Nike’s statement on their website.

A’ja Wilson is not the first WNBA star to get a shoe deal with Nike. New York Liberty’s Sabrina Ionescu already has her own shoe after signing with the company in 2020. University of Iowa sensation Caitlin Clark, who was recently selected as the first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft by the Indiana Fever, has also signed a lucrative eight-year, $28 million deal with Nike that will include her own signature shoe.
Wilson’s signature shoe is set to be released in 2025.
Wilson was the number one overall pick in the WNBA draft in 2018. She has gone on to win two championships with the Aces and was named the Final MVP in 2023. Over six seasons in the league, she has averaged 19.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.8 blocks per game.
