Miami Dolphins star, Tyreek Hill and Sophie Hall are currently embroiled in a legal battle stemming from an incident in June 2023.
Sophie Hall, an influencer and OnlyFans creator, sued NFL player Tyreek Hill for battery, assault, and negligence. Hall claims that during a football drill at Hill’s mansion, he charged at her with “crushing force” resulting in a broken leg. Thus, Hall is suing Hill for damages exceeding $50,000 (up to $75,000).
In response, Hill has denied the allegations. He claims Hall’s injury occurred when she tripped over a dog during the practice session.
As per Sportskeeda, currently, Tyreek Hill’s lawyers have requested various documents from Hall, including:
-Medical records related to the leg injury and potentially for the past 10 years.
-Financial records relevant to the damages claimed.
-Text messages and electronic communications that might shed light on the incident.
Apparently, Hill’s lawyers likely believe this evidence could contradict Hall’s claims. Medical records from the past 10 years could show a pre-existing leg injury. Text messages or emails might reveal the nature of the planned activity (casual or instructional) or even suggest Hall was responsible for her own injury.
