The two-time Pro Bowl tight end of the Minnesota Vikings, T.J. Hockenson’s last campaign ended as he suffered a major knee injury during the Week 16 game against the Detroit Lions.

Hockenson is pursuing his rehabilitation process and shared regarding his injury, during which both his ACL and MCL tore, he stated, as per the NFL Network, “They haven’t really put a timeline on it. We’re just kinda taking it day by day, week by week, there’s just so many variables that you can go through in this process. I’m doing really good right now. We’re attacking each process. I’m attacking each one and it’s been awesome, the progression has been incredible.”

However, the tight end is “hopeful” that he could be available for the Vikings first international game. He further mentions, “Going overseas, expanding the league and the NFL and the fanbase, across, not just the nation. But the world is just super exciting for the Minnesota Vikings.”

During the last season, Hockenson registered 95 catches, 960 yards, five touchdowns, and played 15 games. As per the report, he could be back by Week 14, when the Vikings are slated to host the Atlanta Falcons.

Regarding seeing the former Vikings four-time Pro Bowl quarterback playing for another team, Hockenson stated that it will be “weird” to see Cousins in “Falcons jersey.” Hockenson also shared positive thoughts on the rehabilitation the quarterback is going through and that Cousins will once again play with same ferocity and that it is going to be “a challenge” to face him.
