The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Denver Nuggets in Game 7 of the Conference Semifinals with a concluding score of 98-90. With the incredible win, the Timberwolves will now advance to the Western Conference Finals.
The Minnesota squad, which has led their games with renewed vigor, ferociousness, and talent, will next face Luca Doncic and Kyrie Irving duo led by the Dallas Mavericks. The Nuggets, however, had the lead in the first two quarters but lost dominance in the later quarters.
The two-time All-Star of the squad, Anthony Edwards, who scored 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists, shared, as per the Associated Press, “It was tough, man, because I couldn’t find myself, my rhythm tonight. So I just had to trust my teammates. I just had to make the right plays throughout the rest of the game. I did that and my teammates made shots. Big shout-out to those guys.”
Analyst and former icon, Charles Barkley mentioned during “Inside the NBA” that “I have not been to Minnesota in probably 20 years.” To which Edwards replied, “Bring ya a**.”

Barkley further asked the player to send him a “list” of good restaurants as they will be there for five days and Minnesota’s superstar guard mentioned that he would share the list with him, stating, “Imma find your number through somebody, I’m gonna send them to you.”
Minnesota’s series victory was another remarkable feat for the squad after finishing the regular season with 56 winning games. The squad had the top defense in the league and also led the Western Conference mostly for the season.
