The couple wasn"t on the official bill, so their arrival was a shock for the audience. Patrick joined Travis Kelce onstage during a set change. This unexpected guest appearance got the crowd roaring.
During DJ Khaled"s performance of “All I Do Is Win," Mahomes got the crowd even more fired up. He jumped onstage, grabbed the mic, and shouted out to the audience, “Kansas City! How we feeling out there tonight? Are we gonna turn up at Kelce Jam or what?!"
He added:
“We love you, We wanted to let you all know that back-to-back [Super Bowl championships] isn"t good enough. You know what we"re going for? Three of "em!"
Apart from the surprise arrival, Mr. and Mrs. Mahomes also turned heads with their outfits at Travis Kelce"s Kelce Jam.
She went for a stunning all-blue look featuring a ruffled, embellished tulle midi dress in blue denim. To complete the outfit, she carried a classic blue sling bag and wore matching blue pointed knee-high boots.
While Patrick"s outfit leaned towards a more casual vibe. He wore a crochet-patterned, double-knit cotton pullover along with shorts.
What is Kelce Jam all about?
Kelce Jam is a music festival hosted by Travis Kelce. It"s become a big event in Kansas City, with this year (2024) being the second year it"s been held. It"s Kelce"s way of giving back to the Kansas City community for their support during the football season. He wanted to throw a party for the fans to have fun outside of the season.
This year, Kelce personally recruited some of his favorite artists, including big names like Lil Wayne, Diplo, and 2 Chainz.
