PGA Tour star Rory McIlroy hit the news as the superstar will divorce his wife Erica Stroll after seven years of marriage. Per court documents submitted in Palm Beach County, the divorce was filed on May 13.
McIlroy has 26 PGA Tour titles, 17 DP World Tour crowns, and four major championships, and he was with his wife Erica together from 2017 until 2024.

At the PGA Championship, he finished the final round of the Championship on Sunday, several strokes back of contention.
McIlroy’s interview on Mother’s Day Sunday drew more attention, conducted by CBS Sports’ Amanda Balionis after winning the Wells Fargo Championship. McIlroy did not mention his wife Erica during the interview and spoke solely about his mother.
CBS Sports golf reporter Balionis will be on the call for the final round of the PGA Championship on Sunday afternoon. She was married to former NFL quarterback Bryn Renner, and she no longer appears to be wearing her wedding ring.
She is sparking relationship rumors at several big golf tournaments this year due to her no-ring appearance, Golf fans also noticed at The Masters, too, when she had no ring on during the tournament broadcast.
With McIlroy filing for divorce and Amanda’s no-ring appearance, fans are drawing McIlroy is dating Amanda Balionis.
McIlroy’s manager Sean O’Flaherty said,
“They stressed Rory’s desire to ensure this difficult time is as respectful and amicable as possible. He will not be making any further comment.”
As for now regardless, fans already thought McIlroy had found his new partner, and the speculation remains Rory is dating CBS Golf Reporter, Amanda.
