Browns twitter is on fire this evening with one tweet from Cantonrep writer Steve Doerschuk. And it only took one sentence to do it. With all the issues plaguing the offensive line, it is no surprise this rumor is on fire. The Browns have till 4 PM EST to make a deal so this could drag on for a while. If the Browns can make this move, they need to get it done. Even 60% of an all-pro has to be better than what they are currently getting at the tackle position. If Baker Mayfield is the franchise, then go out and get hin some protection.
Austin Corbett traded to Rams, Trent Williams Rumors
Trent Williams Rumors
We do all need to keep in mind rumors are just that, rumors. So obviously there are plenty of outlets denying a Williams trade is on the horizon. Washington Post writer Les Carpenter is stating that Redskins executives denying any trade is in the works. Daryl Ruiter of 92.3 the fan is also telling Browns fans not to order those Williams jerseys just yet. Where there is smoke, there is usually fire, so keep refreshing twitter and google Browns fans. The fun is just beginning.
Austin Corbett to Rams
The Browns have traded Austin Corbett to the Rams for a fifth-round pick according to Tom Pelissero.
Compensation update: The #Rams traded a fifth-round pick in the 2021 draft to the #Browns for C Austin Corbett, source said. Paying up for some much-needed O-line help.

Corbett, taken with the 33rd pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, has spent most of his season as a healthy scratch for the Browns. After the trade of Kevin Zeitler in the offseason, it was thought that Corbett would take over at right guard. In the end, the job became journeyman Eric Kush’s. The pick of Corbett is by far the most criticized move by general manager John Dorsey in hi short time as Browns GM. The Browns will need to fill his roster spot. That makes the next bit of news even more exciting.
