The UFC returns to Norfolk for the first time since 2017 for UFC Fight Night 169! UFC Norfolk will give us many interesting fights, here is the Main Card, aside from the main events.
Ion Cutelaba vs Magomed Ankalaev
This fight could potentially steal the show, with Cutelaba coming off an impressive TKO victory over Khalil Rountree with vicious ground and pound elbow strikes in the first round. Ankalaev is currently on a three-fight win streak himself, defeating Dalcha Lungiambula via front-kick KO early in the third round.
Both men will be hoping to end this fight in decisive fashion to angle themselves with a chance to break into the top 10 and angle their way to a possible run for a title shot by the end of next year.

Megan Anderson vs Norma Dumont
Anderson vs Dumont is a tough fight to call, with Anderson currently 2-2 in the UFC, taking her total record to 10-4. On the other hand, her opponent, Norma Dumont Viana, is currently 4-0 and making her UFC debut.
With Anderson coming off a triangle choke win against Zarah Fairn dos Santos in the first round, she will be hoping to stop the new girl, Dumont, in her tracks and show that she belongs in the UFC and, hopefully for her, within the title picture.
Dumont currently being 4-0 herself will want to make a statement showing why she signed to the UFC and put Megan away early. Whatever happens in this fight, both women will be wanting to put on a show, making it a tough one to call.

Grant Dawson vs Darrick Minner
This fight is an important fight for both fighters. Dawson only having lost one fight in his career is currently on a 5-fight win streak, last finishing Michael Trizano via rear-naked choke. He will be hoping to keep this fine run of form going in this stacked featherweight division, as he will be wanting to break into the top 15 this year.

On the other hand, we have Darrick Minner, who is on a 2-fight win streak making his UFC Fight Night debut. Minner has featured in the UFC before on Dana White’s Contender Series, where he lost to Herbert Burns via triangle armbar. Minner, who is 24-10, will be hoping to stop Grant Dawson, who currently has all the momentum. This fight could be one to watch out for, so make sure you do not miss it.
UFC Fight Night 169 brings many fights to look out for, don’t miss it!
