Miami Dolphins’ Sign UDFA Jonathan Hubbard

On Sunday, April 26th, Jonathan Hubbard quietly signed a contract with the Miami Dolphins per Barry Jackson, beat reporter for the Dolphins.

Jonathan Hubbard played offensive tackle for Northwestern State. Hubbard is 6’4”, 292 pounds, which is a decent size for an offensive tackle in the NFL. The Dolphins now have ten undrafted free agents on the roster.

The Dolphins have addressed the offensive tackle position greatly, after being one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL last season. Hubbard will have to compete with many other young, talented offensive lineman for a spot on the 53 man roster. Overall, the Dolphins are making positional moves at offensive line, which allows for lots of competition and to see who is the best offensive lineman.
