Dolphins Place Brandin Bryant on COVID-19 List and Activate Ereck Flowers

The Miami Dolphins have placed former Browns defensive tackle Brandin Bryant on the COVID-19/reserve list. They have activated Ereck Flowers from the COVID-19/reserve list.

Brandin Bryant Placed on COVID-19 List

The Miami Dolphins signed Brandin Bryant three days ago, but he was placed on the COVID-19 list on August 15th. Bryant played for the Cleveland Browns last season and was mainly used as a bench defensive tackle. Also, Bryant played four games for the Browns, where he had three tackles. He will compete for a defensive tackle position, but it will be tough since he is now not able to play. Overall, since Bryant was placed on the COVID-19 list, it will be challenging for him to make the final roster.

Ereck Flowers Activated on COVID-19 List

On March 20th, the Miami Dolphins signed Ereck Flowers to a three-year deal worth $30 million dollars. This will be the third team Flowers has been on in his NFL career. Then, Flowers was placed on the COVID-19 list on August 2nd, which means he has been out for about two weeks. He will most likely be a starter on the Dolphins offensive line next season and he is a future building piece of the Dolphins offensive line. Overall, since Flowers is back on the roster, this will add back one of their offensive starters.
