Game: Miami Dolphins at Jacksonville Jaguars
Date: Thursday, September 24, 2020
Time: 8:20 PM EST
Location: TIAA Bank Field, Jacksonville, Florida
In the past two games, the Dolphins lost 21 – 11 to the Patriots and 31 – 28 to the Bills. While they were close games, a loss is a loss. Jacksonville will not be an easy match, since they have competed with some top teams in the NFL. The Jaguars are 1 – 1, so far this season, they beat the Colts 27 – 20, then lost to the Titans 33 – 30. The Dolphins will have to slow down Gardner Minshew’s pass game and not throw any interceptions to the Jaguar’s young defensive backs.

At the moment, the Jaguars are favored to win the game by a point spread of +3 points. My prediction is Jaguars 28 – Dolphins 21. While the Dolphins offense has been looking better I think they will play decent and DeVante Parker should get some big plays. On the other hand, Myles Gaskin will probably be stopped because of the Jaguars run defense. The defense will not play well since they are missing Byron Jones. Overall, the Dolphins offense will play decently, while I think the defense will struggle a lot during the game.
