Rivers has become a fan favorite since signing with the Rockets in December of 2018. Rivers has provided instant offense along with strong on the ball defense off the bench. In one-plus season Rivers has averaged over 8.5 points a game and almost 4 assist.
With Rivers, absent players like Chris Clemons and DeMarre Carroll may see more time in the Rockets scrimmage tonight. The Houston Rockets take on the Toronto Raptors at 6:30 CT tonight on NBATV in their first action in several months
